Trending TikTok Songs presents Popular and Viral rankings by country and chart date. Each ranking can include chart position, sound name, artist or creator, TikTok video count, and available music links.

These rankings are not composite scores based on Spotify streams, video views, editorial selections, or paid placement. Trending TikTok Songs is an independent informational site and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok or ByteDance.

Popular identifies the sounds with the strongest current usage in a market. Viral identifies sounds showing stronger recent momentum. A sound can appear on both charts, and the two lists can update on different schedules.

The date shown above a ranking identifies when that chart applies. It is not the time when a visitor opened the website.

Popular and Viral rankings can have different dates. The date shown with each chart is the best indicator of how current that ranking is.

Popular and Viral charts are available for the United States, Germany, Brazil, Japan, and South Korea. Rankings can differ by country because music trends and availability vary between markets.

The “TikTok videos” count is the number of posts shown for a sound. It can change independently of chart rank and should not be interpreted as views, listeners, or unique creators.

Rank movement shows how a sound's current position differs from its earlier position in the same country and chart type. A sound is marked new when it did not have an earlier position for that period.

A zero means the rank was unchanged, while a dash means an earlier position is unavailable. Movement is not a measure of hourly growth, views, engagement, or future momentum.

A sound profile keeps country and chart type as separate history series. Its chart and dated table never combine ranks from different markets or from Popular and Viral into one line. Days charting counts the dates on which the sound appears in those rankings.
