Trending TikTok Songs does not currently offer accounts, comments, or purchases. If you request developer access, the site stores the email address you provide so we can contact you about the API preview. Standard hosting infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, and request time for security, reliability, and aggregate operational analysis.

The site uses Plausible Analytics to measure aggregate traffic and understand which pages and links are useful. Plausible does not use cookies or persistent identifiers, and it does not track visitors across websites or devices. The site does not use advertising cookies.

Pages may load artwork or link to services such as TikTok and Spotify. Visiting an external site is governed by that service's privacy policy. Hosting is provided by Vercel, which may process request data needed to deliver and protect the site. Developer-access requests may also create a private notification in Discord so the request can be reviewed.
